The golf secretary programs are designed to assist golf league secretaries
in maintaining rosters of the teams and pertinent personal data on team 
captains and team members. It will keep track of team assignments and 
matches and points accrued by each team as well as publishing match results 
and future schedule. It also computes and maintains handicaps according 
to latest guidelines from the US Golf Association. It also will print lists 
of handicaps, handicap cards and  tee schedules. It may simply be used to
track and compute handicaps for non-league or small league use. Nine hole 
handicaps may be obtained by entering only nine hole course ratings and
as well as nine hole scores. 113 is used for slope rating. Just divide 18 
hole ratings for par and course rating in two.
